Lightspeed > Magento: Option to enable/disable Category Sync

I can understand some people don't want to use Lightspeed category structure on their Magento front-end. It would be great if there is an option to disable Lightspeed Category Sync.

For example: LS products are synced to Magento into a new created category "Lightspeed". All products from Lightspeed are synced to this category only. From there I want to asign products to the Magento category structure like I want it.

Hope this feature will come.
